The Customer declares to have read all the aforementioned information and general conditions of sale, before placing the order.
1 - Products: prices and features
The purchase operations are governed by the provisions of the law on telematic sales in force at the time of purchase referred to in Legislative Decree 185/99 and Legislative Decree 206/05.
At the end of the purchase order on the buyer's data, the Privacy regulations will be reserved, as regards the protection of the confidentiality of personal data Legislative Decree 196/03.
The prices indicated are shown in Euro, inclusive of VAT (rate in force as per law), EXCLUDING shipping costs which will be calculated based on the volume and in any case visible at the time of purchase.
The purchase price set is final, visible on the site during the order confirmation phase.
Rollycarp snc may change the published prices from time to time without any dispute. The prices of the items ordered will obviously not undergo any changes subsequently reported on the site.
The products are not provided on trial. Although the operators of Rollycarp snc can provide specific information on the characteristics of the products requested, the Customer is solely responsible for the choice of the products ordered and for the correspondence and conformity of the specifications indicated by each manufacturer to their needs.
2 - Execution of the order
By placing the order on the site and confirming with "click to validate", the customer generates a commission proposal by accepting the terms of delivery, characteristics and all the terms indicated in TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.
Rollycarp snc will send an order receipt confirmation with indicated quantities, description, color variants and prices of the goods listed in the cart. The confirmed order can only be canceled within 24 hours.
In case of non-feasibility of the order by Rollycarp snc (due to unavailability of the products ordered by the customer), our customer service will contact the customer promptly and inform them of the expected delivery times for the supply of the missing product. If the customer does not intend to wait for this time, which in any case must not exceed a maximum of 30 working days, the customer can choose whether to keep the order by accepting the new delivery times or cancel the order placed. All these communications must be made by email and if necessary you will be contacted by our customer service.
If the customer renounces to accept the new delivery instructions, Rollycarp snc will refund the sums paid in full to the customer for the supply not made and the order will be considered definitively canceled.
3 - Acceptance of the order
The conclusion of the contract will be deemed to have taken place only upon confirmation of the order by Rollycarp snc. The customer will receive a notification by e-mail showing an order code with all the characteristics of the items placed in the cart.
Rollycarp snc reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason relating in particular to a problem of a formal nature of the executed order.
4 - Invoicing
The fiscal documentation relating to the ordered products will be issued by Rollycarp snc at the time of shipment and in any case attached to the goods shipped. The billing data will be those indicated during registration and / or purchase. Only if specifically indicated by the customer will the invoice be sent separately from the shipment. In this case, the tax documentation will be sent to the email address communicated to us during the order. No changes can be made after receipt of the document.
5 - Product warranty
Rollycarp snc guarantees only the material integrity of the products present on the site and in delivery.
Any defects covered by the Rollycarp snc guarantee must be communicated by the customer within 3 (three) days from the delivery date, under penalty of total forfeiture of any request. In case of ascertained reason, Rollycarp snc undertakes to replace the damaged product upon return of the same, being excluded the customer's right to compensation for any damage, even further
